Yesterday we took advantage of being off work and arranged a BBQ at our place. It was also a good opportunity to catch up with the Ogilby's who had just returned for their 2 week holiday in Spain on Sunday evening.
So depsite the somewhat changeable weather we went ahead with the BBQ. Ended up a decent turnout - Us, The Ogilby's, The Smith's, Fiona, Calum & Barry all came down to sample the delights of my scorching.
As is almost customary every year we missed Claire Anne on her birthday as she was out in Spain - So we all tried to make it up to her with a belated birthday celebration.
After which we had a hotly contested game of Scene It which was won by "Team Snake in the Grass" consisting of Martin O, The Smiths, Gillian, Fiona & Barry.
All in all a cracking weekend - we must do it again sometime.
